We want you to love your jade piece as much as we love sourcing it for you. That’s why we’ve crafted a return policy that protects your investment while ensuring every piece finds its perfect home.

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. We understand that choosing jade online requires trust — and we take that responsibility seriously. If your piece isn’t everything you hoped for, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions

To ensure the quality of every piece we offer, returns must meet these criteria:

  • Unworn — The piece must show no signs of wear
  • Unaltered — No modifications, resizing, or custom changes
  • Original packaging — All original boxes, pouches, and materials included
  • Complete documentation — All certificates and authenticity cards must be included

Restocking Fee: 15%

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee covers the cost of re-inspection, professional cleaning, and re-listing your piece. We believe this is fair — it means we can maintain the exceptional quality standards you expect from CT Jewel.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We strongly recommend insured shipping — jade is precious, and accidents happen
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or style. Simply return your current piece following the process below, and place a new order for your preferred option. We’ll keep an eye out for your new selection.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jade arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send clear photographs showing the damage, and we’ll:

  • Issue a full refund including return shipping costs
  • Work with you to understand what went wrong

We take responsibility for pieces that don’t meet our standards — not for damage caused during wear.

Custom Orders

Please note: Custom-ordered pieces (engravings, special sizing, personalized designs) are final sale and cannot be returned. We encourage you to reach out before ordering if you have any questions about custom options.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at carolinesy0620@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for your RMA number — returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be accepted
  3. Ship your return with insurance and tracking within 5 business days of receiving your RMA
  4. Keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed

United States

  • Free shipping on all orders over $300
  • Orders under $300: $15 flat rate shipping
  • Delivery time: 7-21 business days

International Orders

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination
  • All international buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes
  • Delivery time: 7-21 business days depending on destination
